Uploading First, if we don't already know, let us know if you are uploading a file that you want us to use: info@redearthdesign.com Then, simply click on this link or copy it into an Internet Explorer web browser: ftp://uploadsun@redearthdesign.com Then type in the password we sent you. Email info@redearthdesign.com if you need the password. Once you are logged in, just drag and drop your files into the window and they will begin uploading. If you get an error or have trouble... It could be your browser. Make sure you opened the blue 'e' for Internet Explorer. Unfortunately Netscape, Safari and others don't work with this feature. If you're using IE and get an error: Go to the 'Tools' menu in Explorer and choose 'Internet Options'. Click on the 'Advanced' tab. Find the checkbox that says 'Use passive FTP' and check it. Close your browser and try logging in again.
