Help Center: What statistical information can I see about my online store?

To see statistical information about your online store, begin by logging in to your
administrative interface.
Which products are looked at the most
Select 'Reports' from the main administrative menu.
Then select 'Products Viewed' from the menu at the left.

The products are listed in order from the most viewed to the least viewed, with the
number of views on the right side of the screen. You can click on the name of a
product to see its description.

Which products are purchased the most
Select 'Reports' from the main administrative menu, and then select 'Products Purchased'
from the menu at the left.

All the products that have been purchased at least once are listed in order from the
most purchased to the least purchased, with the number of times each has been purchased
on the right side of the screen. You can click on the name of a product to see its description.

Who's online right now
To see who is browsing your store right now, select 'Tools' from the main administration
menu or from the menu on the left side of your screen. Then select 'Who's Online' from the
menu at left.
'Full Name' shows the name of the person who is online if that person has
logged in, or 'Guest' if they have not logged in or have not yet created an account.

'Entry Time' shows the time this person entered your online store.
'Last Click'shows the last time this person actively clicked on something in
your store.
'Last URL' shows the page that this person last visited.
